The reality is that if Musk hadn't bought Twitter and Trump hadn't won the American election, Zuckerberg wouldn't have taken this step today.

One can only analyze a person based on his actions, not his words. Even if Zuckerberg has changed his hairstyle, wears a necklace, and dresses more like a hippie, one should know that he will always side with collaboration. Perhaps now, people indoctrinated by legacy media will see the difference. Those who change sides for their own interests, now preferring free speech over censorship, will change sides again when the zeitgeist shifts.

Musk is also fighting for free speech in the European Union, particularly against Thierry Breton, who has since been removed from his position. Zuckerberg did not.

But for now, let's rejoice in the victory of free speech over censorship!

Quand Facebook pratiquait la censure systématique ces dernières années, Elon Musk a acheté Twitter pour restaurer la liberté d'expression sur X. Maintenant que le tendance politique s'inverse, Zuckerberg s'aligne sur la ligne de Musk. Dans mon travail de distributeur de films, je suis un annonceur régulier sur Facebook, Instagram, X et plus récemment TikTok. J'ai donc vu de prêt le fonctionnement des algorithmes et quand X a toujours été transparent ce n'était pas le cas du tout sur Facebook et Instagram.

Si Musk n'avait pas acheté Twitter et Trump n'avait pas gagné l'élection américaine, Zuckerberg n'aurait pas pris ce pas aujourd'hui.

On ne peut analyser une personne que sur ses actes et non ses paroles. Même si Zuckerberg a changé de coupe de cheveux, à un collier et des vêtements plus hippies, il sera plus que probablement toujours du côté de la collaboration que de la résistance. Peut-être que maintenant le monde endoctrinés par les legacy medias verront la différence. Les gens qui retournent leur veste pour leurs propres intérêts, et comme maintenant préfèrent la liberté d'expression à la censure, retourneront leur veste une fois de plus lorsque le zeitgeist changera à nouveau.

There is a tendency on both sides of the political arena or the societal questions to see the other side as fascist, racist, … in short, Hitler.

And even I can fall for that shortcut, but instead for Hitler that would be Mao or Stalin, in short Communist. But that would be about the political leaders, not their voters. I understand the good intentions from the Kamala or Democrats rooters if they also respect the Trump or Republicans rooters. That’s the first principle of democracy. If democracy do not apply for a politician or party you disagree with, you are the authoritarian and don’t believe in democracy.

The goal of this essay is to grow the understanding between the two sides instead of resorting to directly to go to the reduction ad Hitlerum. To reduce the polarization that has been growing since the creation and widespread of social medias around 15 years ago and to return to healthier debates where ideas are at the center.

I do have a clear dislike of the biased mainstream media, more poetically named legacy media.

This is the mass media institutions that dominated prior to the Information Age. I equate this to taking the blue pill or the red pill. Either you believe them or that they are most of the time correct and want to report the news accurately. Or you take the red pill, like Neo, and start seeing what the reporting’s agenda is, seeing through the matrix. As most things are not black or white, the blue and the red pill are also a spectrum I guess, meaning you take the magenta pill, being bluer or more red. But in the end of the day, you are probably mostly blue or mostly red. This is for another text another time but my believe is that you are born with a clear tendency to lean to what was once called the left or the right and that has to do with evolution. I’ll get back to that.

Talking about being red pilled, I’m curious to hear if you have had a clear red pill moment, a moment where you experienced cognitive dissonance that made you question your perception of the world?

Legacy media is massively dominated by the celebration of certain ideologies or political parties and the hate of other ones. This occurs ‘softly’ in all the Western World if I may generalize from my following of news and medias in Sweden, Belgium, France and the US. And this occurs of course ‘hardly’ in all totalitarian states.

So, yes, I’m biased about the biased legacy media!

The difference between the personalities and the system.

Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, as humans, one may find attractive or repulsive, but this shouldn’t be the decisive fact about the election of a president. Factors like their achievement, entourage, life journey, etc. are more important as these will lead to what decisions are taken during their mandate.

Kamala Harris took part in the Democratic primary in 2020 and of the around 20 candidates she gave up first. She got 844 votes out of 37 million and despite that got chosen by Biden to be his VP. It was therefore not for her popularity or her track record within politic. But yes, she is a non-white woman and according to DEI ideology (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) that is in the DNA of the Democratic party. This works in reverse too as when Kamala ran for president, her running mate Is a white guy that’s hard to believe was the best choice.

It's now clear, even for the legacy media, that Joe Biden have been in cognitive decline for years, but the Democrats chose to wait after the first debate to suddenly decide that he was not fit to run again. And that there is no time to organize a primary making de facto the Democrat candidate not chosen democratically but internally by the top dogs of the party behind closed doors.

On the other side, Donald Trump, not part of the Republican party at the time, started his political journey in 2015 by challenging the around 20 candidates at the Republican primary gaining supports form the Tea Party movement to finally create his own, MAGA (Make America Great Again). This popular movement made him win the election and grew larger in 2020 and even more in 2024.

On one side a candidate with no popular legitimacy and totally formed by her party and on the other a candidate which political journey came from the people and has only grown for the last 10 years and has probably deeply transformed his party.

Donald trump has 5 kids and 10 grandkids. He works with three of his kids. Kamala Harris got married in 2014 to a man with two kids, aged then 15 and 20. I have no judgment for people to have or not have kids, except for high level politicians. This should be a criteria as you will pass laws influencing the lives of millions. You should know what having kids really means irl.

And, yes, I believe there should be some kind of exam to be a top politician. If you can’t locate a country on a map, you shouldn’t be able to possibly bomb them! You need to pass tests to be a bar tender or a taxi driver but not a politician. That’s wrong!

Trump and his political allies, Gabbard, Musk, Vance & Kennedy Jr have been campaigning for many months, doing unedited longform interviews by the dozens, town halls & rallies, explaining tirelessly their ideas, their life paths and their common goals daily.

Biden announced that he retired from the race with a short post on X, then barely endorsed Kamala later when she was confirmed. Kamala did not give any formal interviews or hold press conferences for 75 days after being officially chosen as the Democratic nominee.

The Left cries wolf Pavlovian-style for fascism while simultaneously advocating for censorship and lawfare.

Various movements, parties, and organizations of the Left spread DEI ideology, wokeism, and cancel culture. They fragment and divide society into ever smaller groups of victims who are encouraged to demand their special rights at the expense of other groups. There are good intentions when it comes to protecting minorities and supporting weaker groups, but they have swung the ideological pendulum so far that it has become unsustainable, and the election results in the USA are clear evidence of this.

The Left's ideologies and lawfare methods lead to censorship, lack of freedom, and intolerance towards dissenters. They want a society with equal outcomes for all, but it is equal opportunities for everyone that provide the positive force to drive societies forward. Capitalism is not perfect, and previously the capitalist pendulum swung too far, but the development of our societies constantly moves forward, with two steps up and one step down.

I wrote ‘Team Trump’ as this really is the key reason why I do have hope for positive change from this presidency.

Robert Kennedy Jr as a life path and work experience of a lifetime to take on the colossal health challenges that plague the US citizens. He not only experienced the assassination of his uncle JFK, but also of his father RFK during the Democratic primary of 1968. Kennedy Jr. was 14 years old and became addicted to heroin at 15. He would stay addicted for 14 years before finding sobriety and a rich career dedicated among other things to the protection of the environment. Now at 70 years old he is in impressive physical condition, all the more in contrast to a certain number of his European health minister counterparts!

Tulsi Gabbard as a long military track record and does want peace and end pointless wars driven by the military industrial complex.

Elon Musk, love him or hate him, it’s a joy to follow the Starship program and think big. He doesn’t have the track record of one major company success story but five or more. Hans Asperger can make it difficult for many to follow his line of thought and his way of speaking. In that regard, the biography written by Walter Isaacson gives many keys to understand him.

His specialty is optimizing production, whether it’s cars, rockets, tunnels, etc. He is the perfect choice to be put in charge of government efficiency. Sweden, Belgium and many other countries should pick up the idea. It seems to work in Argentina after Javier Milei took office a year ago!

JD Vance as the Vice President is so nice. 40 years old, father of three, born in white trash poverty. He wrote a memoir about his youth and his family, Hillbilly Elegy, 8 years ago (long before he could dream of being a senator or even less a vice president). It’s a great book and a poignant story.

Kennedy, Gabbard and Musk have been Democrats for the longest time and all three decided they could not support them this election cycle as the liberal/left/progressive ideology moved to the far left, while their own ideology remained unchanged. The radicalization of the liberals made them leftists and while I find common ground with liberal values, even if I lean more towards the right and conservatism. As it is now, I believe leftism is a force of destruction.

Important political trends that are spreading across the world.

Europe has long imported American culture and been influenced by American politics. Therefore, the direction the USA takes in the coming years will also affect the development in Europe.

The American political reforms we can look forward to include changes aimed at improving public health and reducing the influence of big food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as significant efforts against addiction and drug problems, focusing on harm reduction and rehabilitation.

Regulations that stifle technological development and entrepreneurship should be minimized, and government spending should be reduced through a streamlining and efficiency of bureaucracy. Unnecessary government functions should be phased out, and crazy, unnecessary projects should be terminated.

Trump's team will work for individual freedom and increased free speech, hopefully dismantling the large censorship apparatus that has developed secretly over recent years.

They aim to reduce the federal oversight of family and education policies, giving more autonomy to the states. They want to dismantle unfair and meaningless DEI projects within government and the education system, support family formation, and promote common sense and Christian values.

They intend to reform the unsustainable and uncontrolled immigration policy that has destabilized both the U.S. and European countries. They will try to end ongoing wars and avoid starting new ones.

The 1920s post first world war birthed a golden age.

A century later, there could be a new Roaring Twenties this second part of the decade. Of course, we know how it ended in 1929! On the other side, there can’t be a golden age without hard times before and after…

Oh, wait, Artificial General Intelligence, AGI, is coming before the end of this decade according to most AI researchers. Will this create a permanent golden age or the end of humanity? That is for a next essay! Thanks for reading and much love whether we disagree or not.

Det finns en tendens på båda sidor av samhällsdebatten och den politiska arenan att se den andra sidan som totalitär, fascistisk, rasistisk, ...eller kort sagt: som Hitler.

Och även jag kan falla för den genvägen, men istället för Hitler skulle det vara Mao eller Stalin, eller kort sagt kommunistisk. Men då skulle det handla om de politiska ledarna, inte om deras väljare. Jag förstår att de som håller på Kamala Harris och Demokraterna har goda avsikter, men de måste också respektera de som håller på Trump och Republikanerna. Det är demokratins första princip. Om demokratins rättigheter inte gäller för en politiker eller ett parti du är oense med, är du själv auktoritär och tror alltså inte på demokrati.

Målet med denna text är att öka förståelsen mellan de två sidorna i stället för att gå direkt till Reductio ad Hitlerum och att minska polariseringen som har uppstått sedan vi började använda sociala medier för cirka 15 år sedan. Jag önskar att vi åter kan föra en sundare debatt där idéerna står i centrum.

Jag har en klar aversion mot partiska mainstream-medier, mer poetiskt kallade legacy media eller gammelmedia.

Med det menar jag de massmedieinstitutioner som dominerade före informationsåldern. Man kan jämföra med att ta det blåa eller det röda pillret. Antingen litar du på gammelmedia och tror att de oftast har rätt och att de rapporterar nyheterna korrekt. Eller så har du tagit det röda pillret, som Neo, och ser att de är partiska och har en agenda, du ser genom The Matrix. Eftersom det för det mesta inte är svart eller vitt, är även analogin med det blå eller det röda pillret ett spektrum antar jag, vilket betyder att du tar det magentafärgade pillret, som skiftar mellan blått och rött. Men i slutet av dagen är du förmodligen mestadels blå eller mestadels röd. Detta får jag utveckla i en annan text en annan gång, men jag tror att du föds med en tydlig tendens att luta åt vänster eller höger och att det har att göra med evolutionen. Jag kommer tillbaka till det.

Apropå att vara red pillad, jag är nyfiken på att höra om du har haft en klart red pill-ögonblick, ett tillfälle där du upplevde en kognitiv dissonans som fick dig att ifrågasätta din uppfattning om världen?

Gammelmedia domineras helt av hyllningar av vissa ideologier och politiska partier och hat mot andra. Detta sker på ett mjukt sätt i hela västvärlden, om jag tillåter mig att generalisera utifrån de nyheter och medier i Sverige, Belgien, Frankrike och USA som jag följer (och det sker naturligtvis på ett hårt sätt i alla totalitära stater).

Så, ja, jag är partisk om partisk legacy media!

Skillnaden mellan personerna och systemet.

Man kan tycka att Donald Trump och Kamala Harris, som människor, är antingen attraktiva eller motbjudande, men det bör inte vara det som avgör valet av en president. Faktorer som vad de åstadkommit, deras entourage, deras livsresa, etcetera är viktigare eftersom det ger grunden till vilka beslut de kommer ta som president.

Kamala Harris kandiderade i Demokraternas primärval 2020 och av de cirka 20 kandidaterna var hon den som gav upp först. I primärvalen fick hon 844 röster av 37 miljoner och trots det valdes hon av Biden till att vara hans Vicepresidentkandidat. Hon valdes alltså inte för sin stora popularitet och inte heller för en lång politisk meritlista. Men eftersom hon är en icke-vit kvinna och utsågs hon enligt DEI-ideologin (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) som är det demokratiska paritets DNA. DEI-ideologin fungerar också omvänt, när Kamala Harris kandiderade till president utsågs en vit man, som det är svårt att tro verkligen var det bästa valet, till vicepresidentkandidat.

Det är nu klart för alla, även för legacy media, att Joe Biden har haft avtagande kognitiv förmåga i åratal, men Demokraterna valde ändå att vänta till efter den första valdebatten innan de plötsligt beslutade sig för att han inte längre var en lämplig att kandidat. Och då fanns inte tid att organisera ett primärval, vilket har lett till att den Demokratiska kandidaten inte har valts demokratiskt utan internt utsetts av partiledningen bakom stängda dörrar.

På den andra sidan, Donald Trump, som trots att han inte var en del av det Republikanska partiet, påbörjade sin politiska resa 2015 genom att utmana de cirka 20 kandidaterna i Republikanernas primärval. Han fick först stöd från Tea Party-rörelsen och skapade sedan sin egen rörelse, MAGA (Make America Great Again). Denna populära rörelse gjorde honom till segrare i valet 2016 och MAGA växte sig större år 2020 och ännu mer 2024.

På ena sidan Demokraternas kandidat utan folklig legitimitet och helt formad av partiet och på den andra sidan Republikanernas kandidat vars politiska resa startade i en folkrörelse som bara har vuxit under de senaste 10 åren. En rörelse som har förändrat det Republikanska partiet i grunden.

Donald Trump har 5 barn och 10 barnbarn. Han arbetar tillsammans med tre av sina barn. Kamala Harris har inga egna barn, gifte sig 2014 med en man som har två barn, då 15 och 20 år gamla. Det är inte min sak att ha synpunkter på folks val att skaffa barn eller inte, förutom när det gäller politiker på högsta nivå. Det bör vara ett kriterium att ha den viktiga livserfarenheten eftersom du kommer att fatta beslut som påverkar miljoner människors liv. Då bör du veta vad det verkligen betyder att ha barn.

Och jag tror att det borde finnas någon form av test av kunskapsnivån för att bli toppolitiker. Om du inte kan hitta ett land på en karta, borde du inte kunna bomba det! Du behöver klara tester för att vara bartender eller taxichaufför men inte politiker. Det är fel!

Vänstern ropar Pavlovskt varg för fascism men propagerar samtidigt för censur och lawfare.

Vänsterns olika rörelser, partier och organisationer sprider DEI-ideolgi, wokeism och cancel culture. De delar upp och sönderdelar samhället i allt mindre grupper av offer som uppmuntras att kräva sina särskilda rättigheter på bekostnad av andra grupper. Det finns goda intentioner när det gäller att skydda minoriteter och stötta svagare grupper, men de har svängt den ideologiska pendeln så långt att det har blivit ohållbart och valresultatet i USA är tydligt bevis på det.

Vänsterns ideologier och lawfare-metoder leder till censur, ofrihet och intolerans av meningsmotståndare. De vill ha ett samhälle med lika utfall för alla, men det är lika möjligheter för alla som ger den positiva kraften för att driva samhällen framåt. Kapitalismen är inte perfekt och tidigare svängde den kapitalistiska pendeln för långt, men så går utvecklingen av våra samhällen ständigt framåt, med två steg upp ett steg ner.

Jag skrev 'Team Trump' eftersom hans team verkligen är den viktigaste anledningen till att jag har hopp om positiv förändring under denna mandatperiod.

Robert Kennedy Jr har en livserfarenhet som är idealisk för att kunna ta itu med de kolossala hälsoproblem som plågar USA:s befolkning.

Tulsi Gabbard har en lång militär meritlista och vill arbeta för fred och avsluta de meningslösa krig som understöds av det militär-industriella komplexet.

Elon Musk, gilla honom eller inte, men han är en människa som kan tänka stort och det är ett stort nöje att följa Starship-programmet. Det är en fantastisk bok och en gripande historia.

Kennedy, Gabbard och Musk har fram till 2024 varit Demokrater, men i år beslutade de alla tre att de inte kunde stödja Demokraterna i detta val eftersom partiet förskjutits åt det extrema vänsterhållet, medan deras egen ideologi förblivit oförändrad. De rörelser som tidigare var liberala har radikaliserats och förespråkar nu en vänsterideologi. Jag har i grunden liberala värderingar som nu lutar mer åt höger och jag anser att mer vänsterns ideologi är destruktivt.

Viktiga politiska trender som sprids vidare över hela världen.

Europa har länge importerat amerikansk kultur och influeras av amerikansk politik. Därför kommer riktningen som USA tar de kommande åren också att påverka utvecklingen i Europa.

De amerikanska politiska reformer vi kan se fram emot är bland annat förändringar för att förbättra folkets hälsa och ge mindre inflytande till de stora livsmedels- och läkemedelsindustrierna, samt stora insatser mot missbruk och drogproblem med fokus på skademinimering och rehabilitering.

Regleringar som kväver teknisk utveckling och entreprenörskap ska minimeras och statens utgifter ska minskas genom en nedbantning och effektivisering av byråkratin. Statens icke nödvändiga funktioner ska avvecklas och galna onödiga projekt ska läggas ned.

Trumps team kommer arbeta för individuell frihet och ökad yttrandefrihet och förhoppningsvis avveckla den stora censurapparat som utvecklats i det fördolda de senaste åren.

De vill minska styrningen av familje- och utbildningspolitiken på federal nivå och ge delstaterna mer självbestämmande. De vill avveckla orättvisa och meningslösa DEI-projekt och inom stat och utbildningsväsen och stötta familjebildning och verka för sunt förnuft och kristna värderingar.

De vill förändra den ohållbara och okontrollerade immigrationspolitik som har destabiliserat både USA och de europeiska länderna. De kommer försöka avsluta pågående krig och undvika av att starta nya.

1920-talet efter första världskriget födde en guldålder.

Ett sekel senare kan det bli ett nytt glatt 20-tal denna andra del av decenniet. Men vi får inte glömma hur det slutade 1929! Å andra sidan kan det inte finnas en guldålder utan svåra tider före och efter...

Vänta, artificiell generell intelligens, AGI, kommer finnas innan slutet av detta decennium enligt de flesta AI-forskare. Kommer detta att skapa en permanent guldålder eller slutet för mänskligheten? L'objectif de cet essai est d'améliorer la compréhension entre les deux camps plutôt que de recourir directement à la réduction ad Hitlerum et de réduire la polarisation qui s'est accrue depuis la création des réseaux sociaux il y a environ 15 ans. J'espère que l’on pourra bientôt revenir à un débat plus sain où les idées sont au centre.

J'ai une véritable aversion pour les médias traditionnels biaisés, plus poétiquement appelés ‘legacy media’. Par-là, je veux dire les institutions médiatiques qui dominaient avant l'ère de l'information. On peut comparer cela à prendre la pilule bleue ou la pilule rouge. Ou vous faites confiance aux médias traditionnels et pensez qu'ils ont souvent raison et rapportent correctement les informations. Ou vous avez pris la pilule rouge, comme Néo, et vous voyez qu'ils sont biaisés et ont un agenda qui prime à leur neutralité, vous voyez à travers La Matrix. Comme la plupart des choses ne sont pas noir ou blanc, l'analogie de la pilule bleue ou rouge est un spectre. Ce qui signifie que vous prenez la pilule magenta, qui varie entre le bleu et le rouge. Mais en fin de compte, nous sommes surtout bleus ou surtout rouges. Je développerai cela dans un autre essai, une autre fois, mais je crois que l'on naît avec une tendance claire à pencher à gauche ou à droite et cela a à voir avec l'évolution. J'y reviendrai.

En parlant de prendre la pilule rouge, si c’est celle que tu as prises, te souviens-tu du moment de prise de conscience où tu as ressenti une dissonance cognitive au contact des médias traditionnels qui t’a fait remettre en question ta perception du monde ?

Les médias traditionnels sont entièrement dominés par certaines idéologies et partis politiques et le rejet de ceux qui ne pensent pas comme eux. Cela se produit de manière ‘soft’ dans le monde occidental, si je me permets de généraliser à partir des actualités et des médias que je consomme en Suède, en Belgique, en France et aux États-Unis. Et cela se produit évidemment de manière ‘hard’ dans tous les États totalitaires.

Des facteurs comme leurs accomplissements, leur entourage et leur parcours de vie sont plus importants car ils forment la base des décisions qu'ils prendront en tant que dirigeant.

Kamala Harris a participé aux primaires démocrates de 2020 et, parmi les quelque 20 candidats, elle a été la première à abandonner la course. Elle a obtenu 844 votes sur 37 millions et malgré ça elle a été choisie par Joe Biden comme candidate à la vice-présidence. Étant donné qu'elle est une femme de couleur, elle a été désignée selon l'idéologie DEI (Diversité, Équité, Inclusion) qui fait partie de l'ADN du parti Démocrate. L'idéologie DEI fonctionne aussi à l'envers, quand à l’élection présidentielle suivante, Kamala Harris a choisi un homme blanc comme vice-président. C’est difficile à croire que Tim Walz était le meilleur choix pour ce poste !

Il est maintenant clair pour tout le monde, même pour les médias traditionnels, que Joe Biden souffre d’Alzheimer, ou en tout cas d'une diminution cognitive depuis des années. Malgré cela les démocrates ont choisi d'attendre jusqu’après le premier débat présidentiel avant de soudainement décider qu'il n'était plus apte à la course à la présidence. L’élection n’étant que trois mois plus tard, il n’y avait plus le temps d'organiser une primaire et donc la candidate démocrate n'a pas été choisie démocratiquement ! Elle a été désignée en coulisse par les membres les plus influents du parti.

De l'autre côté, Donald Trump, bien qu'il ne fît pas partie du Parti Républicain à l'époque, a commencé son parcours politique en 2015 en défiant les quelque 20 candidats des primaires républicaines. Il a dans un premier temps reçu le soutien du mouvement Tea Party avant de créer son propre mouvement, MAGA (Make America Great Again). Ce mouvement populaire est la raison de son élection en 2016. Depuis cela MAGA à grandi en 2020 et plus encore en 2024.

D'un côté, une candidate démocrate sans légitimité populaire et entièrement façonnée par le parti. De l'autre, un candidat républicain dont le parcours politique a débuté par un mouvement populaire qui n’a fait que grandir ces dix dernières années. Ce mouvement a transformé le Parti Républicain.

Donald Trump a cinq enfants et dix petits-enfants. Il travaille avec trois de ses enfants adultes. Kamala Harris n'a pas d'enfants. Elle s'est mariée en 2014 avec un homme qui avait déjà deux enfants, alors âgés de 15 et 20 ans. Je ne juge nullement le choix d'avoir ou non des enfants, sauf quand il s'agit de politiciens de haut niveau. Je trouve que cela devrait être un critère car ils vont prendre des décisions qui affectent la vie de millions de personnes. Vous devez savoir ce que cela signifie vraiment d'élever des enfants et de s’inquiété de leur bien-être, de leur avenir, de leur sécurité.

Je considère aussi qu'il devrait y avoir une sorte d’examen, de test de connaissances pour pouvoir prétendre devenir un politicien à l’échelle nationale. Si tu ne peux pas localiser un pays sur une carte, tu ne devrais pas pouvoir le bombarder ! Il faut passer des cours pour être barman ou chauffeur de taxi, mais pas pour être politicien. Ce n’est pas logique.

Trump et ses alliés politiques, Tulsi Gabbard, Elon Musk, JD Vance et Robert Kennedy Jr ont fait campagne intensivement pendant de nombreux mois. Ils ont participé à un nombre incroyable d’interviews, souvent longues et non éditées, des réunions publiques et des rallyes, précisant leurs idées, rencontrant les électeurs et expliquant leurs parcours de vie et leurs objectifs communs.

Joe Biden a annoncé son retrait de la course avec une courte annonce sur X et il a à peine soutenu Kamala Harris lorsqu'elle a été désignée comme candidate à sa place. Kamala n'a donné aucune interview formelle ou fait de conférence de presse pendant 75 jours d’affilé après sa désignation comme candidate. Ce n’est pas ça le processus démocratique.

La gauche crie au fascisme de manière Pavlovienne tout en prônant la censure, la cancel culture et la guerre judiciaire.

Différents mouvements, partis et organisations de gauche propagent l'idéologie DEI, le wokeism et la cancel culture. Ils divisent et fragmentent la société en groupes de victimes de plus en plus petits qui sont encouragés à exiger leurs droits victimaires au détriment des autres groupes. Il y a de bonnes intentions en ce qui concerne la protection des minorités et le soutien aux groupes les plus faibles, mais ils ont poussé le pendule idéologique si loin que ça en est devenu insoutenable. Le résultat des élections américaine et le verdict du peuple en est la preuve évidente. Donald Trump n’a pas seulement gagné l’élection, il a aussi gagné le vote populaire et son parti à la majorité au Sénat et la Chambre des représentants. Il a également emporté l’ensemble des sept ‘swing states’, les états qui peuvent changer de majorité d’une élection à l’autre.

L'évolution idéologique de la gauche a ouvert la porte à leurs méthodes de guerre judiciaire, de de censure cachée ou ouverte, de la suppression des libertés individuelles et de la réduction Ad Hitlerum de leurs opposants. Ils veulent une société basée sur l’égalité de résultats pour tous, mais c’est l’égalité d’opportunités qui crée la spirale positive du développement des sociétés. Le capitalisme n'est pas parfait et, par le passé, le pendule capitaliste a oscillé trop loin, mais c'est ainsi que se développent nos sociétés: deux pas en avant, un pas en arrière.

J'ai écrit 'L’équipe Trump' car son team est la raison principale qui me donne un espoir de changements positifs durant ce mandat.

Robert Kennedy Jr a une expérience de vie idéale pour s'attaquer aux énormes problèmes de santé qui affectent la population américaine.

Tulsi Gabbard a un long parcours militaire et veut mettre fin aux guerres inutiles alimentées par le complexe militaro-industriel.

Elon Musk, qu'on l'aime ou pas, est quelqu'un qui pense grand et c'est un plaisir de suivre le programme spatial Starship. Il n'a pas qu'une seule histoire de succès de création d'entreprise, mais au moins cinq. Son Asperger le rend, pour certains, difficile à comprendre ou à apprécier. La biographie écrite par Walter Isaacson offre de nombreuses clés pour le comprendre.

La spécialité d'Elon Musk est d'optimiser la production, que ce soient des voitures, des fusées, des tunnels ou des robots. Il est le choix parfait pour diriger le nouveau département d'efficacité gouvernementale. La Suède, la Belgique et bien d'autres pays auraient vraiment besoin de suivre l'exemple. Cela semble fonctionner en Argentine avec Javier Milei qui est président depuis un an et a commencé à réduire la bureaucratie et les dépenses gouvernementales inutiles. Et cela à la tronçonneuse! C’était juste son slogan de campagne.

Le vice-président JD Vance, avec son franc-parler et son naturel, a devant lui une grande carrière politique qui pourrait un jour le mener jusqu’au poste de président des Etats-Unis. Il a quarante ans, est père de trois enfants et a grandi dans une famille "white trash" éclatée. Il y a huit ans, il a écrit son autobiographie "Hillbilly Elegy" racontant son enfance et l’histoire de sa famille. Livre écrit bien avant qu'il ne puisse même rêver de devenir sénateur, encore moins vice-président. C'est un livre puissant qui raconte une histoire touchante.

Kennedy, Gabbard et Musk ont été démocrates jusqu'en 2024, Mais cette année, tous trois ont décidé qu'ils ne pouvaient plus soutenir ce parti qui s'est déplacé vers l'extrême gauche, tandis que leur propre idéologie est restée inchangée. La gauche démocrate jadis libérale s’est radicalisée. Ma sensibilité est un mélange de libertarianisme et de conservatisme avec certaines valeurs de solidarité étatique et, pour moi, le Parti Démocrate actuel et ses équivalents européens sont des forces destructrices.

Des tendances politiques importantes qui se propagent dans le monde entier.

L'Europe importe depuis longtemps la culture américaine ainsi que ses choix sur les questions sociétales. La direction politique que va prendre les États-Unis dans les années à venir affectera sans aucun doute l’évolution de l’europe.

Les réformes politiques américaines auxquelles nous pouvons nous attendre incluent des changements visant à améliorer la santé publique et à réduire l'influence des grandes industries alimentaires et pharmaceutiques, ainsi que des efforts significatifs contre l'addiction et les problèmes de drogue, avec un focus sur la prévention et la réhabilitation. Robert Kennedy Jr n’a pas connu que l’assassinat de son oncle JFK, mais aussi de son père RFK lors de la primaire démocrate de 1968. Kennedy Jr avait 14 ans et sombrera dans l’héroïne à 15 ans. Il sera toxicomane pendant 14 ans avant de trouver la sobriété et une riche carrière entre autres dédiée à la protection de l’environnement. À maintenant 70 ans il a une condition physique impressionnante, d’autant plus en contraste avec un nombre certain de ses homologues ministre de la santé européens!

Les régulations de plus en plus nombreuses qui étouffent le développement technologique et l'entrepreneuriat doivent être minimisées. Les dépenses publiques doivent être largement réduites par une effectivisation de la bureaucratie, les fonctions gouvernementales non nécessaires doivent être supprimées et les projets absurdes et inutiles doivent être abandonnés.

L'équipe de Trump travaillera pour la préservation des liberté individuelles et une liberté d'expression accrue, espérons-le, en démantelant l'appareil de censure qui s'est développé en secret ces dernières années.

Ils souhaitent réduire les directives fédérales sur les politiques de santé et donner plus d'autonomie aux états. Ils veulent démanteler les projets activistes DEI au sein de l'État et du système éducatif, soutenir et développer les politiques familiales ainsi que promouvoir le bon sens et les valeurs chrétiennes.

Ils ont l'intention de réformer la politique migratoire intenable et incontrôlée qui a déstabilisé les États-Unis et les pays européens. Ils essaieront de mettre fin aux guerres en cours et d'éviter d'en commencer de nouvelles.

Les années 1920 après la première guerre mondiale ont donné naissance à un âge d'or de grand développement économique.

Un siècle plus tard, il pourrait y avoir un nouveau ‘Roaring Twenties’ dans cette seconde partie de la décennie. Mais n'oublions pas comment cela s'est terminé en 1929 ! D'un autre côté, il ne peut y avoir d'âge d'or sans temps difficiles avant et après...

À ce propos… L'intelligence artificielle générale, AGI, devrait être créée avant la fin de la décennie selon la plupart des chercheurs en IA. Cela créera-t-il un âge d'or permanent ou la fin de l'humanité ? Cette question me passionne, j’y reviendrai dans un prochain essai!

I’ve been toying with the idea of putting words on my political, societal, philosophical and satirical thoughts as well as my indignations for a while and now I stopped procrastinating that and start this new chapter this end of 2024.

In my teenage and young adult life, I wrote script for short and feature films but them life came in the way and the writing stopped. Now having passed the half century mark, I decided to say what I think, whether it’s politically correct or not, part of the zeitgeist or not, and to be truer to my Asperger self!

I might also write about movies and the movie business from time to time as I’m an entrepreneur in the film industry juggling between my companies within film distribution, film festival, servicing & theatre. Earlier on I had the pleasure to operate SubDVD, a video store both physical in Stockholm as well as a web shop, between 2002 and 2016.

Being born and raised in the French speaking part of Belgium but having lived my whole adult life in Sweden, I will publish my texts in English, in French and in Swedish.

But why are the turmoil and agitation considerable you might ask?

In the mid-nineties, I read the debut novel of French writer Michel Houellebecq which deeply marked me, as well as his masterpiece ‘The Elementary Particles’ published a few years later. In ‘Whatever’, the author describes in the opening scene a home party composed of work colleagues with those words: “le trouble et l’agitation sont considérable“, or in English: “The turmoil and agitation are considerable“. He means that there is in the air both hope, tension, despair and lust mixed together as the main character tries to approach a female colleague hoping to seduce her. He won’t succeed and from that rejection his life he will spiral into despair and darkness as the Houellebecqian archetype male character should. Hope, tension, despair and lust mixed together feels like a good description of the ideas I want to put into words.
